Website, product and service notes.

Website information is general. Product availability, training, support, pricing, warranties and project services are confirmed by quote or written agreement.

Training and support are scoped by agreement. Product purchase does not automatically include unlimited support unless included in a quote or package.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee portal access. Client portal access is invitation-only and is issued after Detail Survey reviews the request.
