Products
Product availability, warranties, freight, support scope and country restrictions may vary by manufacturer, supplier and location. Some UAV, laser, scanning or specialist products may be subject to local laws or export restrictions.
Prices
Where prices are listed, they are subject to change. Complex product bundles, training packages, government programs and project services are quoted after scope is understood.
Training and support
Training and support are scoped by agreement. Product purchase does not automatically include unlimited support unless that has been included in a quote or package.
Project services
Processing, QA and project support depend on suitable field procedures, data quality and scope. Detail Survey may recommend training, rework or further review where submitted data is not suitable for reliable processing.
Mission and modern slavery
Detail Survey's mission is to support practical survey capability through training, appropriate technology and responsible support. The business expects suppliers and partners to operate lawfully and responsibly, and does not knowingly support forced labour or exploitative work practices.
